November 03: Life is a Project - Manage Yours More Effectively
by John Kennedy, President, Kennedy Consulting Group

Audience: Everyone who struggles with completing the projects in their lives.

Are you frustrated that the important goals in your life keep slipping away?

Any endeavor that has a starting point and a defined objective - building a deck, buying a car, taking a vacation, putting the kids through college, etc. - is a project, so why not ensure success by using the same approach that corporations use to complete their mission critical projects?

In this session, you'll learn how to create and successfully complete the important projects in your life by:
  • Experiencing a new way to view the important events in your life.
  • Actually work through the process for a project you want to accomplish - bring one with you!
  • Get the support of others in the session to improve the chances of success.

When the session is over, you'll leave with a new perspective on your life - that if you're willing to plan and manage it, you can increase your chances of success. You'll also take materials home with you to help you continue your progress, including a CD with all the forms and templates we'll use in the class.
