02: Tap Into your Flow in
Writing and Minimize Procrastination
by Eva Liljendahl, Inspiration for Excellence
Whether
you need to write a letter, a marketing plan or
a book right now, this workshop will give you
the technique to get started, connect with your
knowledge and write well with ease. Applicable
to all writing, problem solving and brain
storming, you will learn, experience and apply
it immediately in the workshop. Bring your
notebook and pen, or computer!
The
Flow Technique that you will learn is simple.
You are likely to recognize it as something you
have used in the past. Yet, to consciously use
it, to tap into your flow on purpose and to have
it easily accessible as a jumpstarter,
blockbuster and procrastination stopper will
change your relationship to writing and
creativity, perhaps even change the way you work
and live. After all, who doesn’t want to write
faster, connect with the most important data in
minutes, get more ideas, write more proficiently
and have it all be with more pleasure and fun?
In
this workshop you will:
- Learn and Experience the Flow Technique in writing
- Apply the Flow Technique to your current writing project
- Learn the Next Steps after the Flow Technique, to refine
your writing
- Explore the tool of Opposites, to reach further clarity
and tension in your text
- Get inspired about your project and your writing
- Write a lot
- Have fun and share with others
