Gail calls herself a "mid-life bloomer." After years of waiting to feel inspired, or confident enough, or ready, or good enough, she found her true passion in work, marriage, motherhood and life after the age of 45!  Now she helps other women do the same by getting "really" clear about what they "really" want, reframing the "yes, but" obstacles, focusing on choices and getting into action.
